Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Saudi Cement Company is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and feedback - Provide timely and accurate information to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Update customer information in the database accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed daily call volume and quality metrics - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong adaptability and time management soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
