Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from home in Riyadh, SA. This is a full-time entry-level position with 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding orders, inquiries, and issues. 2. Respond to customer emails and chat messages in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, making reservations, and providing product information. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. 5. Update customer records and information accurately in the database. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and support. 7. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about customer service and assisting others. 2. Hardworking with a strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent customer support. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
