Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient and dedicated, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and analysis.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services for clients

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
