Job Description:

Panda Retail Company is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Care Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns 3. Process customer orders and ensure accurate and on-time delivery 4. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions 7. Plan and prioritize daily tasks to meet customer needs and exceed expectations 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software 5. Motivated and adaptable personality traits 6. Demonstrated innovation and planning skills 7.
