Job Description - Customer Care Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Saudi Post is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing company resources and tools to efficiently assist customers - Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions - Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in customer care processes - Participating in training sessions and professional development programs to enhance skills


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Strong teamwork and people management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
