Job Description:

Al Tazaj is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate, working remotely from home. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. 8. Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Confident and driven personality. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to present information clearly and professionally. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
