Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer care and driven to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Provide information about products and services to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Meet and exceed customer care KPIs and goals - Serve as a brand ambassador for Kudu Company for Food and Catering

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Driven to achieve customer care goals and exceed expectations - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
