Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Work from home

As a Customer Care Officer at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Medina, SA. This full-time position at an associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately according to company policies. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in training new customer care team members.


Requirements: 1. Must be energetic and adaptable to handle a fast-paced work environment. 2. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 3. Strong leadership abilities to take charge of customer interactions and provide solutions. 4. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
