Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Care Representative at Hilton in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors of our hotel. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy and reliability, as well as strong soft skills in innovation and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Handling incoming calls and emails from guests seeking assistance or information - Providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Processing reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues - Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and feedback


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
