Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Riyadh, SA.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing general information about our services. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Use negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. 6. Manage your time effectively to meet customer service goals and deadlines. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Continuously strive to improve customer care processes and suggest innovative ideas for enhancing the customer experience. 9. Provide feedback to the leadership team on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently. 4. Strong negotiation skills. 5. Excellent time management skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
