Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


United Electronics Company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative in Riyadh, SA. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer. 3. Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. 5. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 5. Resilient and driven, with a passion for customer satisfaction. 6. Innovative mindset and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
