Job Description:
Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance. 2. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. 3. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Make decisions that align with company policies and uphold quality standards. 6. Work independently and proactively to achieve customer care targets and goals. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer care experience. 8. Uphold the company's values and mission in all customer interactions.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and energetic individual with a positive attitude. 2. Strong analytical skills and ability to make effective decisions. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in customer relationship management software. 5. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. 6. Prior experience in customer service or related field. 7. Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and procedures.
