Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Work from home


Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Jeddah, SA at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely manner - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Following company policies and procedures for customer interactions - Meeting established service level agreements and performance metrics


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and reliable with the ability to work from home - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
