Job Description:
The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. This is a work from home position based in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate-level role, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Research and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Innovate new ways to improve the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the customer care team. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a confident, passionate attitude towards customer care. 2. Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of autonomy. 3. Proficiency in using technology and software systems for customer service operations. 4. Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. 5. Ability to think innovatively and contribute creative solutions to customer issues. 6.
