Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Communicate with other departments to address customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and report feedback to management - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer retention and loyalty


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the mining or resources industry is a plus
