Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company. This is a work from home position based in Jeddah, SA, offering a full-time opportunity at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and be hardworking and driven with excellent critical thinking and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product and service information to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus
