Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows employees to work from home.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Process orders and coordinate shipments with the logistics team 4. Assist in maintaining customer records and updating databases 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer needs 6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Energetic and resourceful personality traits 4. Ability to persuade and influence customers 5.
