As a Customer Service Associate at Panda Retail Company in Riyadh, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
In addition to your customer service responsibilities, you will also be expected to assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
To excel in this role, you must be hardworking and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and a knack for project management. You should be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
