Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company in Jeddah. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a positive and efficient manner - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up to date on industry trends - Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - No prior experience required, as we provide on-the-job training
