Job Description - Customer Service Associate

Job Description: As a Customer Service Associate at Saudi Electricity Company in Medina, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers. You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries and concerns, and will be expected to represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Process customer orders and payments accurately - Maintain customer records and databases - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide support to the sales team as needed - Assist with special projects or events as required


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Confidence and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making and people management skills
