Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team at Saudi Airlines. This is a full-time remote position based in Riyadh, SA at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional customer service - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process reservations, cancellations, and changes in accordance with company policies - Educate customers on flight options, schedules, and booking procedures - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues - Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special requests and accommodations for customers with specific needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Innovative mindset and strong negotiation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus - Must have a dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access
