Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team and work from home in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and returns accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning and persuasion skills - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
