Job Description - Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description


Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer service team to ensure excellent customer service delivery.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise the customer service team - Set and monitor team performance goals - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements - Monitor customer service metrics and develop reports for management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Cooperativeness and attention to detail as soft skills - Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively - Proficiency in customer service software and tools
