Job Description - Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction. 2. Train and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 3. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer retention. 5. Collaborate with other departments to implement customer-centric initiatives and projects. 6. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to product and service offerings. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. 5. Strong persuasion skills to influence team members and stakeholders. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software. 7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
