Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a leading industrial investment company in Mecca, SA, we are committed to providing top-notch customer service to our clients across the globe.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing leadership and guidance to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer service initiatives - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals - Reliable and self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
