Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Arabian Pipes Company is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management and possess a strong ability to adapt and work hard in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage a team of customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor customer service metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement training programs for customer service staff - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Teamwork and creativity skills - Adaptability and hardworking nature
