Job Description:
Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. This is a remote position with the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns effectively. 7. Develop and implement training programs for new and existing customer service team members. 8. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure departmental success and identify areas for improvement. 9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously enhance our offerings.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to think strategically. 5. Independent and resourceful with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
