Job Description - Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a resilient and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Panda Retail Company in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person 2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Processing customer orders and returns accurately 4. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Assisting with general administrative duties as needed


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills 4. Ability to handle stressful situations with ease 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 6. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team 7. Prior experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
