Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, cooperative, and innovative.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide assistance and information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Must have a quiet home office with reliable internet access. 6. Fluent in English and Arabic.
