Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Saudi Arabian Mining Company. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery. 5. Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience. 6. Meet individual and team performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. 5. Confidence in handling challenging situations and difficult customers. 6. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
