Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team at Saudi Arabian Mining Company. As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Mecca, SA. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving any issues they may have - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled with care and accuracy - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team - Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
