We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home, providing customer support to clients in Medina, SA.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs. 5. Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Resilient and confident in handling challenging customer interactions. 5. Innovative thinking and strong analytical skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
