Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Saudi Cement Company in Medina, SA. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 6. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues. 7. Assist in the development of customer service strategies and improvements. 8. Meet weekly and monthly customer service targets. 9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and motivated with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team and independently. 5. Strong project management skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
