Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


ACWA Power, a leading developer, investor, co-owner, and operator of energy generation and water desalination plants, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Riyadh, SA. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in the customer experience


Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong project management and research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
