Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


As a Customer Success Assistant at Saudi Binladin Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of communication skills, strategic planning, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team members when necessary - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify potential areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to achieve department goals and objectives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent strategic planning abilities - Energetic and motivated personality traits - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
