Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Success Assistant to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in our Jeddah office. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition to our shipping services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty - Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and innovation in developing customer engagement strategies - Strong negotiation skills to handle challenging situations with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
