Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at L'azurde Company for Jewelry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely. As a Remote Customer Success Assistant, you will work closely with our customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience - Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve retention rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
