Job Description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at Saudi Electricity Company, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction and drive retention rates. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions to meet those needs. Your role will also involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and improve overall customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention rates - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and implement customer success strategies - Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement - Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and pain points - Assist in organizing and hosting customer events and webinars - Contribute to the development of customer success processes and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
