Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Al Khodari Sons Company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team in Mecca, SA. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued success with our products and services. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and video conferences to provide product support and troubleshoot any issues - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products effectively and achieving their desired outcomes - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Monitor customer health and KPIs to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Independent and confident in communicating with customers and colleagues - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve customer problems effectively - High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and build strong relationships - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Experience in a customer success or similar role preferred - Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
