Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Savola Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting our customer success team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training and support on our products and services - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth initiatives - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
