Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Sipchem. This is a full-time remote position based in Mecca, SA, with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate level position, we are seeking a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and chat. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to achieve department goals and objectives.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Demonstrated creativity in finding solutions to customer challenges. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
