Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team at L'azurde Company for Jewelry in Mecca, SA. As an Entry Level position, the Customer Success Associate will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support and solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and enhance the overall customer experience - Utilize emotional intelligence and decision-making skills to effectively support customers and drive business success

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customer needs - Proven decision-making skills and ability to problem solve effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
