As a Customer Success Associate at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Mecca, SA at the Associate level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience. - Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Monitor customer accounts and provide timely updates on their status. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalations. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. - Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns. - Provide training and support to customers on the company's products and services.
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. - Driven and hardworking personality traits. - Strong strategic planning and people management skills.
