Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Saudi Telecom Company in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and goals, and working collaboratively with internal teams to address any challenges or concerns that may arise.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, serving as their advocate within the company - Understand customer needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Ensure successful onboarding of new customers, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process - Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns that may impact their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer success - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer satisfaction and retention metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 6+ years of experience in customer success management or a related field - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Driven and resourceful with a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing circumstances - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
