Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home in Jeddah, SA.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing guidance, support, and solutions to their needs and concerns. Your primary goal will be to drive customer loyalty, retention, and advocacy through proactive engagement and personalized interactions.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges - Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation and adoption of our products and services - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to proactively prevent churn and drive customer success - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Advocate for customers within the organization to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Gather and share customer feedback and insights to help drive product development and improvements - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving customer success - Reliable and independent work ethic - Strong teamwork and time management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
