Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job description:


We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer, working from home for Saudi Electricity Company in Riyadh, SA. This is a full-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. 4. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 5. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. 6. Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively use our products and services. 7. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong people management and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote, work-from-home environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus. 8. Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup.
