Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Customer Success Officer to join our team at Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company. This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Entry Level Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through personalized interactions and support. This role requires excellent emotional intelligence and attention to detail to effectively communicate with customers and identify their needs.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support via phone, email, and chat - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Proactively reach out to customers to provide product updates and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues
Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - No prior experience required, training will be provided
