Job Description:
Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to onboard new customers and provide ongoing support - Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and growth - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resourceful with a positive attitude - Excellent attention to detail and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
