Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd in Riyadh, SA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns. 2. Provide product information, demonstrations, and training to customers, ensuring they are utilizing our products to their fullest potential. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 4. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner. 5. Monitor customer accounts and track key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences. 7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments. 8. Assist with customer onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 8. Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
