Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant in our Mecca location. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and be passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with their electronic devices. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and returns. 4. Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations. 5. Update customer records and maintain accurate data in the CRM system. 6. Assist in creating training materials and resources for customer support team members. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to improve the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Resourceful and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strategic planning abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 7. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
